Shipping & Delivery

Shipping time estimates are based on business days and do not include holidays.

Shipping Costs:

• We offer Free Shipping to All Continental US States. 
• For orders to Alaska and Hawaii please contact us.

Processing Time:

• After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system.
• As soon as we receive your order, we will start our fulfillment process.
• All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday.

Shipping Time:

• The typical shipping time to receive your is (3-5 business days ) after it has been shipped from the warehouse.

Exceptions 

• All orders from the Ready Wise brand will require 10-14 business days for shipping. This information will be clearly displayed on both the product and checkout pages.
• For Harvest Right freeze dryers please allow 4-5 weeks for your order to be delivered.
• For Sea Eagle Inflatable Boats please allow 8-12 business days for your order to be delivered.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours. Please note that it might take 24-48 hours for the tracking system to update.
• Orders will typically be shipped with FedEx, UPS or USPS. If you have a FedEx, UPS or USPS account, you can update your order through FedEx Delivery Manager, UPS My Choice or USPS Mobile.

Shipping Restrictions:

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or outside the United States.
• Ensure you provide a valid physical address during checkout to facilitate smooth delivery.

Unexpected Delays:

• If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please check with your local carrier first, as delays may occur, especially during busy seasons.
• If the order is still unlocated, contact our customer service for assistance.
