Return & Refund Policy

The Return and Refund policy below will help you understand how to proceed if you encounter any issues with your order. If the product you receive does not meet your expectations or is defective, we offer a straightforward process for returns and refunds.

Returns

  • At Survival Creation, we want to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, you have 30 calendar days, from the date you received your item to request a return for a refund.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same new condition that you received it. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of used products.
  • To initiate a return, kindly contact us at [email protected] with your name, order number, and the reason for your return, or you may call our customer support team at (888)-363-5666.
  • We will respond promptly with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, returns sent to us without a prior request will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • We kindly recommend using a trackable shipping method and considering insurance for your package.
  • Please note that we are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during return shipping.

Exchanges

  • The simplest way to initiate an exchange is to first return the item(s) you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel an order that has already been shipped, please be aware that you, the customer, will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • If you made a mistake and wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us by email at [email protected], through the chat in the bottom right corner, or by calling us at (888)-363-5666 as soon as possible.

Exceptions 

  • GPO USA brand only offer a 15-day return policy. Please refer to the return and refund tab on the product page for the specific policy that applies to the product.
  • Due to the nature of their products, all sales from the Eagle Sea brand are final. No returns or exchanges accepted. Warranty/MFG defects excluded.

Damages and Defects

  • If you receive a damaged shipment, please document this on the freight delivery record and take pictures of the damages. Keep all packaging and notify us within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise at [email protected], or call our support team at (888) 363-5666.
  • We will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Be sure to include the order number and a detailed description of the shipping damages.
  • The delivery carrier may require you to retain the damaged product at your location until the claim is reviewed. At our discretion and expense, we may require the return of the damaged product.
  • If there is a manufacturing defect in the product, or if the product is not functioning as intended, please provide proof of the issues with either pictures or videos to this email: [email protected], or call our support team at (888) 363-5666.

Refunds

  • You will be notified once your return is received and inspected. The review typically takes 4-7 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when placing your order.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days from the date we approved the return for your refund to be reflected in your bank or credit card statement.
  • If over 7 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Restocking Fees

  • Please be aware that returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Each return will be evaluated individually, depending on the manufacturer or supplier. We will do our best to minimize these fees whenever possible.
  • If a return is initiated for any of the reasons listed below, restocking fees will be completely waived:

    • Items are defective or not working
    • Items don’t match the description or photo
    • Wrong Items shipped
    • Missing parts and pieces
    • Product arrived damaged

Warranty

Warranties vary depending on the manufacturer; see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.
